1. Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this 30-day window.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unopened and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was received — undamaged and with all original labeling intact.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- You must provide your order reference number and proof of purchase.
Opened products are not eligible for return due to the nature of dietary supplements and for consumer safety reasons, except in cases described in Section 4 below.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team:

- We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number within 3–5 business days.
- Securely pack the item(s) and include your return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange a prepaid return label and offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item may be requested.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products returned after the 30-day window has expired
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.
